Innova 1000: Unable to perform Advanced Features Troubleshooting Guide

Purpose:

If you are unable to perform advanced features with the RS2 app, but our coverage checker states that those features are supported for your vehicle, you'll need to update your RS2 app to the latest version. This guide will assist you in resolving this issue.

Troubleshooting:

If you are having issues with performing advanced features on the RS2 app, please go through the following steps:

  • Navigate to the RS2 app on your .
  • Delete and reinstall the RS2 app on your device to automatically update the RS2 app.

Note: Make sure that your RS2 app is updated to the newest version of the RS2 app. If you have the old version installed, you may not be able to access the advanced features of the RS2 app such as a Whole System scan.
